My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The rooms were overpriced for what you get, especially with dirty towels and missing amenities. However, the service was exceptional, particularly from Júlio who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was great with a beautiful beach front, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with limited options. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
